One Platform, Built for Every Digital Product Passport.

ClarosDPP is the working software layer behind passport issuance, QR-linked delivery, regulated data management, audit-friendly governance, and lifecycle analytics. It is designed to help companies publish a useful passport experience without forcing a rip-and-replace of the systems they already run.

We combine product marketing clarity with operational seriousness: branded public views for the outside world, structured technical records for the inside world, and controlled release logic in between.

The Complete DPP Operating System

ClarosDPP is not only a viewer. It is the connective layer that turns fragmented product data into a release-ready passport system, built around real operating pieces already in the product.

Governed end-to-end One system from first data input to public passport delivery, with review and approval workflows in between.
Integrates with what you have CSV, ERP, PLM, and API connectors so companies can start without replacing existing systems.
Analytics beyond compliance Scan data, lifecycle signals, and usage visibility that make the passport commercially useful after launch.

How the platform works

Product teams start with scattered sources: ERP fields, PLM structures, supplier declarations, spreadsheets, and service documents. ClarosDPP brings them together, validates against the passport structure, and publishes with governed updates over time.

01
Complete lifecycle control One system for creation, review, approval, release, archive, restore, and republish.
02
Multi-layer public delivery Landing pages, technical views, and controlled access experiences all built from the same governed record.
03
DID & verifiable credentials Trust patterns through DID and verifiable-credential approaches,
without locking every customer into one identity model.
04
Standards-aligned architecture Compatible with evolving European DPP standardisation, including the direction of CEN/CENELEC JTC 24.
05
Audit-backed governance Signatures, version history, release events, and workflow states that hold up under scrutiny.
Workflow managementReviewers, approvers, and checkpoints keep every passport publish step controlled and attributable.
Company-specific UIPublic pages reflect your brand, language, and audience priorities rather than a generic viewer.
Asset managementPreview and validate incoming data before pushing changes live to catch issues early.
History and evidenceTrack what changed, when it changed, and who released it — every version preserved and restorable.

What makes it attractive in the market

Buyers want a product that makes regulatory complexity feel structured and manageable — strong ingestion, clear publishing, useful analytics, and confidence that future sector rules can be absorbed without rebuilding from zero.

01
Fast-start ingestion Direct CSV imports for legacy catalogues and bulk updates lower the barrier to starting immediately.
02
Enterprise integration ERP and PLM patterns for industrial environments, plus API-driven expansion for deeper automation.
03
Battery-ready data model Structured support for carbon footprint, recycled content, chemistry, due diligence, and service records.
04
Lifecycle analytics Scan data, usage visibility, and downstream lifecycle signals make the passport useful long after launch.
05
Multi-sector scalability Ready for more than one product family — scale from one mandate to a full multi-sector passport programme.
CSV and file importsIdeal for early-stage rollout when source systems are still inconsistent or not yet connected.
ERP / PLM integrationConnectors and APIs support more mature enterprise data flows from SAP, Oracle, and similar systems.
Analytics layerTurn passport scan activity and usage patterns into actionable internal intelligence.
Future-category readinessNew sector schemas can be added without changing the underlying product philosophy or architecture.

Battery Digital Product Passport

The first hard DPP deadline is already fixed. From 18 February 2027, relevant industrial batteries and EV batteries placed on the EU market will need a compliant battery passport under Regulation (EU) 2023/1542. ClarosDPP is built to operationalise that work now rather than treat it as a last-minute formatting exercise.

Battery passport delivery is where governance matters most: carbon footprint declarations, recycled content evidence, chemistry, due diligence, and lifecycle records all need to stay connected and reviewable.
